Cancellation Policy

Night Owl Estate Consultation Policies Consultation Fee & Payment Consultation services are offered at a flat rate of $250 for up to two (2) hours. Payment is required in advance in order to reserve your consultation appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. Nature of Consultation Services Night Owl Estate Consultation Services provide general guidance related to estate transitions, downsizing, inherited belongings, estate sale preparation, household contents, and next-step planning. Consultations may include informal value perspectives based on market experience and industry knowledge. No Guarantee of Sale or Value Any discussions regarding potential item values, estate sale outcomes, timelines, or resale potential are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Night Owl Estate Consultation Services does not guarantee the sale, profitability, or success of any estate sale, auction, resale, or liquidation process. Third-Party Referrals Clients may be referred to estate sale companies, auction houses, movers, cleanout companies, donation organizations, or other service providers. Night Owl Estate Consultation Services is not responsible for the services, pricing, conduct, scheduling, or outcomes associated with third-party providers. Clients are encouraged to independently evaluate all referred vendors and service providers. Night Owl Estate Consultation Services reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in unsafe environments. Limitation of Liability By booking a consultation, clients acknowledge that all guidance provided is informational and consultative in nature. Night Owl Estate Consultation Services shall not be held liable for decisions made by the client before, during, or after the consultation process. Acceptance of Policies By booking a consultation, the client acknowledges and agrees to the policies outlined above.
